Most of the C.I.A(Cru In Action) recordings are nowadays founded on youtube.com, but I'm wondering where they've found the C.I.A album My Posse if its out of print. Well its arguable to say that The C.I.A wasn't an noturious group back in '86, and Ice cube wasn't really worldly known. Until he hooked up with N.W.A(Niggas with Attitudes).

Macola Records realized quickly that Ice Cube's name was money in the bank once the original 12" of NWA's "Dopeman" became a huge regional hit, so they began reissuing "My Posse" on compilations as an Ice Cube record. Now only if someone can tell me if this CIA 12" predates his writing "House Calls/Cabbage Patch" for World Class Wreckin' Kru...
The original C.I.A. record was released under the Macola catalog in 1987. It was available in either the blue Macola Record Co. logo cover or the white and blue lettering picture cover designed by Darryl "Lyrrad" Davis. However, a re-issue of the E.P. has recently surfaced. The origin of this re-release is most likely through former Wreckin' Cru leader Lonzo attempting to exploit the current eminence of Cube. Lonzo is infamous for releasing various Dr. Dre compilations over the past few years in a similar manner. This re-issue is released under the Kru-Cut catalog (KC-1017) in a plain white sleeve jacket with a sticker on the front that reads:
ICE CUBE
THE C.I.A. E.P.
