I worked at La Mirada Swap Meet for Norwalk Records for Bill back in the day which pushed On the Spot . I was about 11 years old hustlin $20.00 bucks a day. I was talking to a old friend and were remembering Scratch Dance. Where does this song fall in place???? I had one the first copies but can not find it.
