The Triple Threat Three and producer DJ Darryl Dee (Darryl Dennis AKA The Master of the Mix) all met each other in Sacramento California, where all three guys sent a tape to Saturn Records, The masters of the mix were the most popular DJs in Northern California. back in 1983-84 and the Triple Threat Three would show up and MC for the masters of the mix, after winning every rap battle in Northern California the Triple Threat Three started working on a demo tape, and was signed two months after sending out the first tape.

This is one of the hottest hip-hop records of all time. Too bad it isn't more available.
